*All orders placed by 12pm CST are shipped within 3-7 business days via super saver delivery. All orders ship out on Mondays – Thursdays. Please note that an order placed on a Thursday or later will not be shipped out until the Monday of the following week. Orders are not shipped on Fridays, weekends, or major holidays.
*Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

Returns and Exchanges
At AU Aromatics, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, we want to know. Please contact us. We will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers, however mistakes may happen. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please report damages to the carrier and email us photographs of your shipment within 3 days. If it is our error, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible at no cost to you. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us for help. Please note that buyer is responsible for return postage cost.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders placed need to be submitted to Customer Service right away or within 2 hours. If the cancellation is outside of the 2 hour window, Customer Service may not be able to guarantee the cancellation or issue a full refund.
Payment Options
We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) and PayPal. We do not currently accept payment by check, COD or money orders.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax.
