1. What kind of wax and wicks do you use?
Our wax is made out of 100% soy wax and made in the US. Soy wax produces a clean and longer lasting burn. Our wax do not contain parabens and we never add any dyes or scent enhancers to our wax.
Our wicks are 100% cotton. We never use wicks that contain lead, zinc, metals, parabens or other unhealthy substances in them.
2. What kind of scents do you use?
We use a combination of pure essential oils and premium grade fragrance oils. At AU Aromatics, the safety and quality of our fragrance oils is our top priority. Our scents are free of carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other concerning chemicals.
4. Can I clean & reuse my candle container when it’s finished?
All our candle jars are re-purposeful! To clean your glass or ceramic candle jar, we recommend turning your oven to the lowest setting (150F to 170F), lining a sheet or oven pan with foil, and turning your candle container upside down onto the sheet. You can place it in the oven and it will quickly melt the remaining wax down into the foil. Use a thick towel or oven mitts to protect your hands while moving hot candle jar from the oven.
After this, you can take out the wick by hand and use a paper towel to wipe the container. Then you can enjoy your decorative container as a flower pot, stationery holder, a holder for jewelry and cosmetics or any other creative use!
5. How do I know when to stop burning my candle?
When there is approximately 1/2” of wax left in the bottom of your candle it’s time to stop burning. It’s okay to have some wax left over, candles are created with this little buffer of wax. When candles are burned below this level the containers can get hot and burn you or the surface your candle is sitting on.
6. How do I use wax melts?
Place wax melt in your warmer or melter. Then light your tea light or turn on your heat warmer if it is electric for a flameless option. Now sit back, relax and enjoy the scent of our fresh fragrance.
Once you are done using your wax melt, turn off or remove the heat source and the wax will solidify until you are ready to use it again.

Edit your email or password anytime under “Account Details” in your Account Settings.
Email Settings
You can also opt out of promotional emails and account reminders in your Account Settings. You cannot unsubscribe from emails about your specific orders and payments.
Payment and Addresses
You can manage your saved cards and addresses within your Account Settings.
2. I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, click here. An email will be sent to the email you have on file. Follow instructions in the email to reset your password.

3. Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not! The only required fee is sales tax. We want to be transparent with you at every step. AU Aromatics has zero hidden fees or administration deposit.
Shipping & Billing
1. Do we offer free shipping?
We’ll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the United States for free! For shipping rates & delivery times, please see our shipping and return policy
2. Is AU Aromatics available outside the US?
We offer international shipping. International orders are defined as orders being shipped to an address outside of United States jurisdiction and Canada. For international shipping, please contact us here.
Please note that shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
3. Where is my package?
After your order has been placed, you can expect your package to be shipped within 3-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. For more information, please visit our shipping and return guide.
4. What should I do if my package was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
First check your entire surroundings and contact your neighbors or family members as they can often end up in familiar hands. Also, verify your shipping address to make sure that everything is up to date. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your local post office. Additionally, if your local shipper is unable to recover your package, please reach out to our customer service
5. Do we accept returns?
At AU Aromatics, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, we want to know. We will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers, however mistakes may happen. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please report damages to the carrier and email us photographs of your shipment within 3 days. If it is our error, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible at no cost to you. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us for help. Please note that buyer is responsible for return postage cost.
6. Can I make adjustments to an order that has been created?
Send us an adjustment request via email. Adjustment requests for orders placed need to be submitted to Customer Service right away or within 2 hours. If the request is outside of the 2 hour window, Customer Service may not be able to guarantee the adjustment.
7. I placed the wrong order, can I cancel?
Send us a cancelation request via email then place a new order. Cancellation requests for orders placed need to be submitted to Customer Service right away or within 1 hour. If the cancellation is outside of the 1 hour window, Customer Service may not be able to guarantee the cancellation or issue a full refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund.
